Research and education, not investment advice.

Read this before you act on the strength of anything published on this site.

01

Website & public research

MSR Decode publishes factual reconstructions and analytical conclusions based on disclosed sources and methods — public on-chain records, venue-published records, official records, and other verifiable public sources, depending on the investigation. This is informational research, not individualized financial advice, and not a recommendation to buy, sell, copy, or avoid any wallet, market, or strategy. We are not a registered investment adviser; if you need investment advice, consult a licensed professional. MSR does not route, execute or custody funds through this site or otherwise. Published conclusions reflect the stated methodology and evidence at the time of publication; past performance — ours or any wallet's — does not predict future results, and research may be corrected or updated (see Corrections, below). External venue and API data can change after publication, including in ways that affect an earlier finding's currency.

02

Institutional inquiries

Submitting the public inquiry form on Capabilities does not create an engagement, does not create an attorney-client relationship or privilege, and does not automatically create work-product protection. The public form should not be used to transmit privileged, legally restricted, or highly confidential material — see Privacy Policy and Independence. Commissioned work, once accepted, is governed by separately agreed engagement terms, described next.

03

Commissioned engagements

Commissioned investigations are governed by separate written engagement terms where applicable. Scope, confidentiality, permitted use, fees, deliverables and other engagement-specific terms are agreed separately, per engagement. Nothing in these general website Terms supersedes those agreed terms. See Independence for how commissioned work relates to public research.

04

Use of MSR materials

Published research, figures and page content on this site are MSR Decode's work unless stated otherwise. Reasonable citation, quotation and linking — including by journalists, researchers and other publications — is expected and welcomed, provided the source is credited; this site exists to be checked and cited, not walled off. This is not a license to republish a page or a dataset wholesale, to imply MSR's endorsement of unrelated conclusions, or to strip attribution. Contact ceo@msrdecode.com with questions about a specific reuse.

05

Analytical judgment & research limitations

MSR Decode publishes both factual reconstructions and analytical conclusions. Analytical conclusions involve judgment and are limited by the stated evidence, source set and methodology. The general method is described on the Methodology page; the July 2026 wallet-copyability program's specific method is detailed further in the reconstruction workpaper. Findings depend on the sources identified in the relevant investigation and their completeness — where the available record cannot support a conclusion, we publish that limitation rather than guess; “insufficient evidence” is a finding, not an omission. MSR does not infer identity, common control, intent or wrongdoing from wallet or trading activity alone. Conclusions of that kind require independent corroborating evidence appropriate to the matter, and where the record does not carry it, we say so rather than imply it.

06

Corrections

When we find an error in a published number or claim, we correct it, dated, and we do not quietly improve a frozen metric after the fact — even in our own favor. Open questions we have not yet resolved are logged, not hidden, in the public unreconciled-items ledger. If you believe something on this site is wrong, tell us: ceo@msrdecode.com.

07

No warranty; limitation of liability

This site and its public software are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MSR Decode and Main Street Research LLC are not liable for losses arising from reliance on public research or use of the public tools on this site. This section states our current, general position for use of this public site and its public tools. It is not a substitute for the jurisdiction-specific liability and governing-law provisions agreed in an engagement’s written terms.

08

Privacy and changes to these terms

See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how it's used. These terms may change. We will update this page when they do. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms govern use of this public website and state MSR’s current, general position. They do not set the commercial terms of an engagement: governing law, dispute resolution, liability, confidentiality and permitted use are agreed in writing for that engagement before work begins.

09

Historical and public research tools

The wallet checker (/check) is an archived research tool that replays published July 2026 results, and is provided without guarantees of complete reconstruction or availability. It is experimental research software, provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied; the inquiry forms elsewhere on this site are ordinary website functionality and are not covered by that description. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every wallet request will be answered within any particular time. It replays a published July 2026 result for wallets on file; live classification of a new, unpublished wallet is not currently offered through it. A wallet stamped “Real edge” under the retired July 2026 verdict rule can still lose money going forward — that historical stamp is not a current recommendation, and nothing on this site promises otherwise.

No copy-trading product exists or is offered. Nothing on this site is executed, and MSR never holds, custodies, or has access to your funds through it.
